Really great service. I managed to get an appointment same day. Turned out I didn’t need my clearing, they were fine. The guy was great he talked me through what was causing my hearing issues and gave me good advice what to say to the pharmacist or doctor. I was only charged for a consultation fee which I was happy to pay after the good service an help I was given.

Having had a previous painful experience 25 years ago at my local surgery, I turned up for my appointment today a reluctant, nervous and worried patient. However, I was put very much at ease with everything explained to me before treatment started. Seeing the videos before and during the wax removal process was interesting and very reassuring. I can highly recommend this clinic and the micro suction method of treatment. The treatment was quick and professional, with absolutely no pain or after effects. I am no longer fearful of having my ear wax removed, and also received excellent advice on how to care for my ears post treatment. Oh, and I now have my hearing restored!
